Earthworks share purchase warrants extended

Earthworks Industries Inc. (“Earthworks”) confirms that the exercise deadline of 2,900,000 outstanding share purchase warrants has been extended. The deadline for the exercise of the warrants was previously June 30, 2012. The exercise deadline has been extended to January 31, 2013. Each warrant entitles the purchase of one additional voting common share of Earthworks for $0.50 per share.
